the cashier didn’t know so she went to get the guy who took my order and I told him what I had asked for his reply was”oh,I only heard one of each”… didn’t offer any solutions to the problem instead I asked him what he had ready already and he didn’t even know the other cashier had to step in and SHE offered an apology. Went to pick it up and they only had half my ordered ….

The next visit I had was today and I again placed and order over the phone 20 minutes ahead and I repeated the order twice since I recognized the same employees voice I wanted to make sure he understood clearly over the phone. Very inconvenient due to the fact that I had placed the call 20 minutes ahead of time.

When I went to pick it up he didn’t have any of it ready and he didn’t even tell me to pull up and park to wait for it he just said it wasn’t ready so I asked how long it’d take he said 10 more minutes.

I haven’t had any problems before until I’m guessing a new employee, I placed an ordered over the phone 20 minutes ahead to pick it up when I was convenient for me.
